I really appreciate 1 point in particular- Keeping gatekeepers outside our senses so that toxic stuff doesn't enter our systems. I believe maintaining this in system takes some time but it's really important

I am glad to confirm that I have been trying to follow most of what you have written in the opening part about sensory overload. I was constantly reminded to do this since forever but I just gave in to too many temptations and ended up harming not just me but those who are dearest to me. Thankfully - since the last few years, I am trying to change.

Loved this line ‘Being non-commoditised allows you to live your life just as you want to’.

Lastly, I feel we are all trying to learn how to live and if we find a good message that makes us introspect, we should internalise it and see how it changes us. I am glad to come across this post which is that good message for me today.

We are all works in progress - I mostly write things which are notes to myself and I feel happy when my words resonate with my readers. It tells me that we are all in the same boat, trying to figure out the best way to do things :) Thank you for reading!

Two types of things we consume, one is food and sensory input, how beautifully written mam💚💚💚 and the tree story was amazing. I loved the 5th mindful training,it should be life oath and Mindful wardrobe was again' amazing 🤩
